Scope

This policy applies to personal data processed through this website, the brief form, call booking and our business relationships with brands, agencies and talent representatives. It is designed to comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL), to the extent applicable.

Data we collect

Form data: request type, company name, website, full name, business email, phone/WhatsApp (optional), sector, target countries, main objective, budget, launch date and message. Automatically: landing page, site language, campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), and technical logs kept by our host (IP address, browser, date and time). We do not knowingly collect data from persons under 18 and do not request sensitive data.

Purposes and legal bases

Handling your request and replying to you (pre-contractual steps at your request); managing the business relationship and contracts (performance of contract); measuring the effectiveness of our outreach and securing the website (legitimate interest); complying with legal obligations (legal obligation). Where required, we rely on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

Recipients

Aster’s team and, on a need-to-know basis, our service providers acting as processors: Netlify (hosting and form handling), Google (email), Calendly (call booking). When a campaign is being prepared, strictly necessary information may be shared with the selected talents or their representatives under confidentiality. We never sell personal data.

International transfers

Our providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States and the United Arab Emirates. Transfers rely on adequacy decisions, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, standard contractual clauses or other safeguards permitted by law.

Retention

Prospect data: 3 years from the last contact. Client data: for the duration of the relationship, then for the statutory limitation and accounting periods. Technical logs: up to 12 months. Data are then deleted or anonymised.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures (HTTPS encryption, restricted access, reputable providers). No system is completely secure; we will notify affected persons and authorities of a data breach where required by law.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing, including for direct marketing, and withdraw consent at any time, by writing to contactasteragency@gmail.com. We may ask for proof of identity. You may also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (e.g. the CNIL in France, the ICO in the UK) or the UAE Data Office.
