1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern access to and use of the Aster website, operated by JHP Consulting FZ-LLC. By using the website, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, do not use the website.

2. Information only

The website presents Aster’s services and a selection of talents. Its content is informational and non-binding. It is not an offer, a quote or advice of any kind (legal, financial, investment or tax). Any service is subject to a written proposal accepted by Aster and to our Terms of service.

3. Talent profiles

Talents shown are independent third parties. Their presence on the website does not mean they are represented exclusively by Aster, nor that they are available or have agreed to any specific campaign. Audience data (followers, engagement, demographics) come from third-party sources at a given date, are indicative and are not guaranteed. Aster is not responsible for content published by talents on their own channels.

4. Permitted use

You agree to use the website lawfully and for its intended purpose only. It is forbidden to: copy, scrape, extract or reuse the roster or its data; contact talents shown on the website in order to bypass Aster for a project discussed with Aster; submit false, misleading or third-party information; attempt to access the website’s systems, disrupt them or introduce malicious code.

5. Submitted information

You guarantee that the information sent through the forms is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company you represent. Sending a brief creates no obligation for Aster to accept a project. Aster may decline any request without giving reasons.

6. Intellectual property

The website and its content are protected. No right is granted to you other than personal, non-commercial viewing. See the Legal notice.

7. Third-party links

Links to third-party websites and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, 6ixBuzz TV, Calendly…) are provided for convenience. Aster has no control over them and accepts no liability for their content, availability or practices.

8. Availability and liability

The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. Aster does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aster shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, data or opportunity arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website.

10. Changes

Aster may modify these terms at any time. The version published on this page applies to each visit.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applicable in the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply.
